Thank you for shopping with us. Our store specializes in handmade accessories including phone straps, bag straps, sunglass straps, and artisan jewelry. Many of our products are produced in small batches or made to order, which means each item is individually prepared and inspected before shipping.

Because of the handmade nature of our products and our cross-border fulfillment structure, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

Depending on inventory location and destination, your order may ship from one of our operational locations:

• United States – for inventory stored and fulfilled from our U.S. partner location  
• Turkey – for handmade production items and inventory prepared by our production team

Total delivery time generally ranges between 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping origin.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays.

Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Our business operates with an international production and fulfillment structure:

• Handmade product creation and part of fulfillment are managed by our production team in Turkey  
• Some inventory is stored and fulfilled from our United States operational address  
• U.S. customer orders may ship directly from our U.S. location when inventory is available  
• International and EU orders may ship from Turkey depending on inventory availability

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier services, customs processes, and destination country.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused  
• The item must be in its original condition  
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Because many of our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are considered part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent back to the same operational warehouse from which the item was shipped.

Depending on the order’s shipping origin, returns may need to be sent to:

• United States return address – for items shipped from the U.S.  
• Turkey return address – for items shipped from our production workshop

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items  
• Made-to-order products  
• Items marked as final sale  
• Gift cards  
• Items returned without prior approval

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number  
• Photos of the item  
• Photos of the packaging

After review, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement item  
• Store credit  
• Partial or full refund depending on the situation

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method  
• Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for:

• Reshipping costs  
• Any return shipping charges incurred

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs duties  
• Import taxes  
• Local handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
